Locally owned and operated

Built in Freeport.
Built to last.

James Middleton is building a professional lawn-care company around honest pricing, clean methods, visible standards, and work the team can repeat well.

The local company

Professionalism should be easy to see.

Freeport Lawn Care makes pricing, credentials, and service expectations visible before the work begins. The goal is a company with effective methods and consistent standards that can be taught, repeated, and improved as the team grows.

That means clean equipment, sharp blades, careful property decisions, clear communication, and documented results—not a different process on every lawn.

The operating standard

Effective methods.
Repeatable care.

These public standards explain how the crew protects properties and holds the work accountable.

01

Sanitize every property

Mower blades and pruning tools are sanitized with isopropyl alcohol between every property to help reduce disease transfer.

02

Fresh blades every three hours

Mower blades are replaced every three operating hours, supporting a cleaner and more consistent cut.

03

Protect saturated turf

If wet ground would rut, track, or damage a property, the crew communicates and returns when conditions improve.

04

Document and make it right

The property is inspected, before-and-after photos are used, and crew-caused damage is communicated and corrected.
